Event Terms & Conditions
- Refusal of Admission or Ejection: The organizers of the NSU Alumni Day Out 2024, here referred to as the “Event” reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund or recourse.
- Compliance with Rules and Regulations: The ticket holder agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers of the event.
- Assumption of Risk: The ticket holder assumes all risks and danger incidental to attending the Event, including but not limited to injury or loss due to accidents, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Hold Harmless Agreement: The ticket holder agrees to hold the organizers of the Event harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from or in connection with their attendance at the Event.
- Indemnification: The ticket holder agrees to indemnify and defend the organizers of the Event against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from or in connection with their breach of these terms and conditions. Key Point: The ticket holder agrees to defend and indemnify the organizers of the Event from any and all claims, damages, and expenses that may arise as a result of their breach of the terms and conditions.
- Filming and Photography: The ticket holder acknowledges that the Event may be filmed, recorded, or photographed, and grants permission for their likeness or voice to be used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
- Contact Information: The ticket holder acknowledges that the organizers of the Event may share their contact information with sponsors, exhibitors, and other third-party organizations for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Rescheduling: The organizers of the Event reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability or obligation.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations: The ticket holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to respect the rights and interests of other attendees, exhibitors, and staff members of the Event.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket holder and the organizers of the Event, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
NSU Alumni Day Out 2024 is a limited entry event with a fixed seating capacity. Accordingly, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns of tickets purchased for the event shall be allowed under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal conflicts, or scheduling issues.
- Confirmation and Attendance are Essential: Upon purchasing a ticket, it is imperative that you attend the event. We allocate space/seats/meals and make logistical arrangements based on your attendance.
- Postponement Policy: In case of event postponement, your ticket will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will offer a refund. Please note that this policy does not apply to same-day schedule changes, and we will not provide any refunds in such cases.
- Event Cancellation Policy: In the improbable event that the organizers cancel the event, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided deducting any gateway fees, govt. charges, etc.
- Right to Refuse Admission or Eject: The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund or recourse.
- Policy Subject to Change: This policy is subject to change without notice, and any changes will be posted on the website.
- Payment Gateway Charges: Any payment refund will be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges.
