By making a payment for tickets or membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges: Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including illness, personal conflicts, or scheduling issues.
2. Confirmation and Attendance: Upon purchasing a ticket, attendance is essential. We allocate space, seats, and meals based on your confirmed attendance.
3. Membership Payments: Membership payments and any enrollment fees are non-refundable. Once you enroll or become a member, the fee cannot be refunded. However, you can opt to cancel the renewal of your membership before the next billing date and cancel our services before they are billed for auto-renewal.
4. Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, we will offer a refund. Note that this policy does not apply to same-day schedule changes.
5. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided, deducting any gateway fees or government charges.
6. Right to Refuse Admission or Eject: The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund or recourse.
7. Policy Updates: This policy may change without notice. Any updates will be posted on our website.
8. Payment Gateway Charges: Refunds are subject to deduction of payment gateway charges.
